This was an amazing experience, start to finish!! Hilary was outstanding and so experienced in the industry, what a pleasure to work with. The guys who installed were also spot on, listened to everything I had to say, made a minor change as needed, super friendly bunch of guys. They also noticed a crack in my sink that I did not see and brought it to my attention instead of just installing it. Very much appreciated all who were involved, thank you Rock Tops!!!

We just replaced the countertops/ sinks in our kitchen and 2 upstairs bathrooms. RockTops KC, Sarah Keearns in particular, were great to work with. The showroom is amazing with tons of options. Sarah walked us through every step. Installation was complete in 3 hours and they did a great job. I’d highly recommend RockTops KC for anyone looking to fix up their home.

Very happy with the job that Oscar and Dallas completed! We had a large island (4x9 ft), small bar sink area and a 10 ft sink counter area done. It looks so good. RockTops quoted us the day we called, got a guy out to take measurements in 3 days, and install a few days later. They were quick and professional. We are very happy customers!Also, we called a bunch of other places to get quotes and the other places quoted us much more than RockTops. The other places also took 2 or more weeks to get quotes to us. Just call RockTops, don’t waste your time with other companies.

Stop your search! We highly recommend RockTops! Not only do they offer a BEAUTIFUL and large selection of Granite and Quartz to choose from they also have a nice selection of sinks to go with the stone you choose that makes your whole reno come together. We worked with Kate Conway for our kitchen remodel and she was a dream. There was one very minuscule issue the day of install and Kate had someone back out that very day to fix it. Great selection, great customer service and AMAZING quality. We will definitely be using RockTops again for all our future Granite and Stone needs!

Kate was fantastic to work with from start to finish! She was super patient explaining the whole process to newbies who have lived with ugly laminate our whole life. The installation team were also very dedicated to making sure the job was done right! There was a minor issue during installation that was addressed immediately. We would highly recommend Rock Tops!

It is my first time doing a remodel in my home and I went to some of the big box stores to look at quartz countertops and I was unimpressed. Then I stopped at Rocktops. I found my dream countertop at a fair price. I had an excellent salesperson (Alyssa) and the installers were also great. Very attentive people who seem to take pride in their work.

My experience with RockTops was amazing from the time my wife and I walked into their showroom until the counters were installed. RockTops website and headquarters are so slick and professional you may think they are going to cost more, but that is not the case. We got nicer material that was competitively priced with IKEA. We are extremely happy and highly recommend the experience with RockTops!

Rocktops installed every counter top in our brand new home 5 years ago and built us a fabulous outdoor grilling area with a gorgeous outdoor stone countertop. When our grill broke, I could not find a replacement grill that was the same size. After we bought the new grill, Rocktops came to our rescue again! They were able to widen the opening and build a granite ledge to allow for a deeper new grill. I was sure that we were going to need a whole new countertop but they made the adjustments and the new grill fits perfectly. Their staff is professional, courteous and they do beautiful work. They even left the outdoor space cleaner than it was when they arrived. THANK YOU ROCKTOPS!!!

I needed a hole cut in an already installed piece of marble. The person in the office that I worked with was very responsive and helpful, as I also had to coordinate the timing of everything with my plumber. The individual that ultimately came out to do the job was professional and completed the job just as needed. I would recommend RockTops and would use them again.

We recently finished a kitchen remodel and went with RockTops for our granite. Our experience with this company was amazing from beginning to end. Kate was so professional and really knowledgeable. She really helped us with the entire process. Everyone on the team was from sales to installation was wonderful. Our experience with RockTops was great. At first, We were very disappointed and concerned about several scratches and two cracks found in our new installed countertop. We expressed our disappointment and concerns to Scott about the damages and how it would look after the repairs, and he asked us to give them the opportunity to repair it first under a guarantee to what we agreed. I have been working with Molly for a long time now. She is quick to answer any questions I have. We had a hearth ordered for our new fireplace and granite for our kitchen renovation. She was great to work with on both projects. This was one of the best buying experiences we have ever had. The owner, Mike Hyer was very helpful too. He was very welcoming and did all he could to answer all of my questions as well. If you are looking to do a renovation and are considering Rock Tops, do it!!! Molly and Barbie were great to work with. We just had a small slab addition to our new cabinets, but Molly found a small remnant piece and gave us a seriously good price for it. The only negative was that they accidentally cut our remnant piece to the wrong dimensions, but they immediate re-cut it out of a brand new slab and honored the original discounted price. AND they let us keep both pieces. Through the whole process Rocktops provided much better communication and customer service than other counterop companies we have worked with in the past.

Rock Tops was great to work with from beginning to end. You hope you don't necessarily have a reason to 'test' out their customer service, but we did. Our quartz island countertop developed a hairline crack (which they said has never happened before). Rock Tops hired out a crane (we are one second floor) and replaced the entire top at no costs to us. It was nice not having to haggle. They did the right thing and we appreciate their entire team. Thanks Rock Tops!!!!

My experience working with RockTops on our kitchen project has been excellent! Mike, the owner got us started with the project. Danny in Sales took the time to teach us about granite and gave us space to select what fit our project and budget, while always available for questions. He also worked around our work schedule for appointments. Every one of the staff that had to come to our house arrived at the scheduled time ready to work. Edgar, who did the installation was very knowledgeable and precise. Edgar also made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to teach me about the granite care. Jimmy, completed the plumbing aspect of the project swiftly and left the project area spotless. I recommend working with RockTops if you want a hassle free project.

Recommend with 100% confidence; our experience couldn't have been better. Across the board, their staff were outstanding (and kind and patient while I repeatedly changed my mind). Our kitchen countertops are gorgeous and were a very fair price. Other places sounded cheaper, but they "added on" fabrication charges; so in the end were more expensive. There were no surprises in pricing here at all. Also, I don't know what they do to have such happy workers, but their staff is great! This company should be successful on these grounds alone. (It has been a long time since I have seen any company do service this well, but especially in the home improvement industry! We are finishing up a year long complete remodel and have found an overwhelming # of flaky companies with grumpy staff.) Each step of the way, they delivered exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they were going to do it, and all the while with a super friendly and nice attitude. The salesman took a lot of time with me in the showroom (more than once) and taught me a lot. The guy who measured showed up on time and was friendly. The installers were also on time, very friendly, asked my opinion on even the most details... they took the time to make sure I got just what I wanted, and they totally cleaned up after themselves! (They also helped with a problem cabinet and gave me a no cost idea for fixing it which worked like a charm.) Job well done and my husband and I will definitely use them again.

We received such personalized service from Scott as we described our project and toured all the options to choose our perfect quartite for our hearth, mantle and railing. Everthing was ready when we needed it and fit perfectly. Yember had an eye for perfection and was thoughtful about our home during the process. I can’t say enough about how fantastic it is to work with the RockTops team. They made the process from start to finish easy, plus we had so much fun picking out our tops and exploring all of our options with the various slabs of granite, marble and quartz in their showroom. I had a certain image of what I wanted in my head, after talking with Barbie (who is amazing), she led me into a direction I hadn’t considered and SHE was spot on. I couldn’t love my tops more! Even the installers at my house were engaged and kept me updated throughout the install. You can’t go wrong with RockTops, their team and their knowledge!

Our salesman was Evan - he did an amazing job of showing us all the options, from sinks to edges to slabs. He had a ton of knowledge about the different materials, and what worked best in what application. Their quote was very comprehensive, and broke down clearly what we'd be paying for. Once we accepted the quote, he had a guy there to do templates within a couple days. Their install crew left a little to be desired. We had some wall damage, they broke our kitchen faucet when un-installing it, and it turns out our bracing on our breakfast bar wasn't going to support the granite, so we had to rush out and buy some stronger brackets meant for granite tops. They also did very little to clean up the mess they made, we picked up their dirty towels and vacuumed up the majority of the dust ourselves. I contacted Evan about these issues, and they agreed to reduce our price to compensate for the faucet being broken. He also mentioned they would go over these things in their training sessions. All in all, I absolutely love our granite tops. The workmanship of the cutouts and the edges is amazing, they managed somehow to cut everything so there is a really nice "flow" between the counters and backsplash. Their price was fantastic, Evan was awesome, and the template guy was great too. I hope they can improve a little on their installation teams, that was my only complaint - but was again very impressed that they chose to step up and make it right. I would buy from them again!

We have installed granite counter top in Our kitchen in the past by a different company, I meet Dan and Mike at Rock Top they set me up for a estimate save me $400 dollars with the save granite we set up a time for the install when the installer came out they cover the floor we’re very careful and cleaned up after themselves did a great job, I Hily recommend this company I will definitely use them again.

The seamless experience that RockTops provides throughout the process is just what we were looking for. Sarah answered our questions promptly and explained the entire process to us step by step. The granite installers took their time and were careful not to damage anything. Chris, the lead carpenter, reworked our cabinets for our farmhouse sink. It looks like it has was originally there, when the house was built in 1915. Highly recommend RockTops to anyone. Sarah and her team were amazing. The price was right, the communication was right, it was an all around great experience!!!

The exotics granites are amazing. RockTops installed my kitchen, I needed a cabinet modification, they were able to assist in that as well. Very comforting to know the could take care of issues outside their scope of word. I'd highly recommend.

After a long time it was amazing to work with such professional people! Off the staff I worked personally with Sheri and Jim...They were such a pleasant delight to work with!They were very not only very knowledgeable about the granite but also very creative and suggested a lot of ideas to help finish the bar in my basement!Jim and his team were very very professional...they came 5 minutes before the scheduled time. They made sure the floor and other area were well protected. Once done with the entire installation, they cleaned everything up and left the place in a better/cleaner shape.I would definitely recommend this company and most of all, Sheri and Jim!Thanks a ton guys!
